kat budni is the signwitch

A New Hampshire native, I'm based in Boston and have provided signage for the likes of Whole Foods Market, the Trustees of Reservations, and the KITCHEN at the Boston Public Market.

I work in a variety of media and am always excited to try something new! Digital graphic design, handlettering and illustration using chalk, paint, ink, and pencil are my mainstays, but I've also been known to enjoy paper + cardboard sculpture, ceramics, fabric + textile art, comics, and fashion design. 

You could also find me reading fantasy + sci-fi, listening to weird music, cooking vegan food, getting distracted by nature, watching cartoons, singing in the empty house, staring at the moon, or generally witching around. I never met a cat or a potato I didn't like.
